 Rose Events & Services was founded by Rose who has a passion to help people bring their important celebrations and personal service needs together with care, confidence, and a personal touch.

As a certified event planner and insured event professional, I coordinate weddings, quinceañeras, nonprofit events, and community celebrations. I’m also a wedding officiant and commissioned notary public, offering services in English and Spanish.

Whether I’m helping organize an event, officiating a ceremony, or providing notary services, my goal is to make every client feel welcomed, heard, and well cared for.
